Hidden Mountain- A Reverie
The overarching design concepts pulls inspiration from the site location next to a quarry combined with the glamour and luxury of the casinos. The design intent is to blend the edge between landscape and architecture. The visual represents the utopian experience of being set on a mountain ridge with sculpted depths and perspectival impact - giving the interior architecture it’s character and saturated drama that pulls the guests inwards. A powerful aura, a mix of glamour and raw spirit, it’s like a secret place buried in the mountains.

Influenced by the dramatic forms of the quarry, the design utilizes the language of slicing to shape the interior planning. The intention is to intrigue guests by using bold gestures and architectural finishes found in the nature and particularly the quarry.
The primary objective was to create spatial intrigue and an enticing journey. The use of natural materials, with careful attention to proportions, accentuates the architectural framework, resulting in a dramatic space.
